1992 Mazda RX-7

Description

This car has only 65,500 km from new along with a 5 speed manual transmission! As standard, this car has alloy double wishbone suspension, 4 piston calipers at the front (This model RX-7 was the fastest stopping car in the world when introduced in 1991), air conditioning, ABS, PAS, usual electric windows, central locking, electric mirrors, etc. There’s only one catalyst as standard on JDM spec models, and this car will be making in the region of 265 bhp.

Aside from a Mazdaspeed stainless steel exhaust from the cat – back, the car is completely standard and untouched. Having never been modified and low mileage are two extremely important points when looking an RX-7, as higher mileage units typically require a lot of work. Even the jack is made of lightweight alloy, as is the hood! Lots of great designs in this car!

This car’s got optional Alcantara suede seats. Tool kit includes all optional tools too. Inside the car, everything is good condition as would be expected. There is no CD player fitted, nor cage to for it (covered by a black piece of plastic). This can be sourced before shipment if required. Only two flaws to the interior were a minor scratch on the dashboard (see pictures above) and a very minor cigarette burn on the drivers seat.

The car’s in really great shape, as pictures show! The lacquer on the hood of the car is beginning to fade and could do with a repaint – or even an aftermarket carbon fibre bonnet. One side view mirror (drivers) is also experiencing this. There are a few very small scratches at the front corner of the car, a pin dent to the passengers side quarter. Pictures of the flaws can be seen above.  

As the any FD, the engine and mechanics of the car are the number one priority. Having such low mileage and being completely stock, the car drives perfectly as would be expected. Everything works perfect and there are no faults to report at all.
